How to use a cashback-bonus


Cashback is credited to the bonus account, it is subject to wagering and is limited by the maximum payout (transfer to the real balance). Cashback is wagered only at the expense of the real balance.

You can wager it using a real account and transfer it to the main account, or place bets in games using a bonus account.

Promotion rules

1.Cashback means that a percentage of a bet is returned if it is lost. It is calculated weekly, at 3:00 on Monday (UTC+3). To receive cashback, the Participant must press the cashback button on the Your Status page within 72 hours after the cashback is calculated, otherwise it will be voided.

2.Bet accounting to calculate the cashback amount is done each week from Monday 00:00:00 UTC+3 to Sunday 23:59:59 UTC+3. The cashback amount is calculated based on bets placed from the real balance in the games listed in the 'How to Get Cashback' section.

3.Cashback is awarded to all mostbet.com Participants for bets over AMD 2000 / AZN 30 / BDT 1000 / BRL 100 / CAD 20 / CLP 3000 / CZK 300 / EGP 100 / EUR 20 / HUF 3500 / INR 1,000 / KZT 5000 / LKR 1,000 / MAD 50 / MXN 100 / NOK 200 / NPR 1,000 / PEN 20 / PKR 1,000 / PLN 50 / RUB 1,000 / THB 100 / TRY 100 / UAH 200 / USD 10 / UZS 100,000 / VND 100,000/ TND 15 / SAR 40 / KWD 3 / AED 20/500 KGS / 5000 COP (or the equivalent in the account currency) in the Casino during the Promotion period (from 00:00:00 on Monday to 23:59:59 on Sunday, UTC+3), provided that other Promotion requirements are met.

5.If the Participant ends the calculation period with a net profit, cashback is not awarded.

6.A Participant can reject a bonus at any time by using the 'Close Bonus Account' function in their account.

7.If a Participant has funds on both their real and bonus balance, all bets are primarily placed with funds on the real balance. Real funds are used for betting until the real balance reaches 0. The bonus balance is only used for betting if the real balance equals 0. The list of games that allow betting with bonus funds is available under the Promotions and Bonuses section of the Rules.

8.The Participant can only withdraw funds from their real balance. The bonus balance is reset when a withdrawal request is made. If the request is rejected, the funds can be returned to the real balance, but bonuses will not be restored.

9.If the Company suspects a Participant of abusing or attempting to abuse the point system or any other rewards, or of taking advantage of any missing information in the text of the Rules, the Company has the right to prohibit, withhold, or refuse to award points or other rewards to this Participant. Additionally, the Company reserves the right to change its policy regarding this Participant at its sole discretion, temporarily or permanently, including blocking access to the Website services or their gaming account. The Company has no obligation to refund the funds remaining in this Participant account, except for the amount of the initial deposit.
